They will explain what each puppet can do and what it can't do so don't be shy they are not aggressive sales people they are puppeteers making sure that you make the best purchase for your needs. They are reasonable retailers and you can negotiate pricing so if there is a item you like they will not get upset if you make offers on their products. Keep in mind this is a overseas shipping purchase so account for that in your budget. Overall they do have customer service your best bet is to email or text due to time difference.

My mail carrier said the US PO had put it in an exterior plastic bag and rubber banded it. When I opened it, I found a gouged and scratched wood base, 2 steel rods, and the hanger. No protective wrap of any sort. Just bare wood and steel in a paper envelope from the Netherlands to the States. No directions were enclosed. The shop refunded half the price. Then I took my puppet to the stand, and the stand is the wrong size despite detailed specs and photos 6 weeks ago. So I guess it will be another 6 weeks to receive the correct parts. 5 more weeks. Still no parts. Unbelievable! Thousands of excuses. 4 months later. Wrong parts sent again. Right parts promised.
