Back in December 2025, we announced something very special: an official, limited collaboration between our Prague atelier and Warhorse Studios to bring the main character of Kingdom Come: Deliverance II to life as a fully handcrafted collector’s marionette.
Each Henry is individually made by hand by our artists, right here in our workshop in Prague. From painting to costume, every puppet passes through pairs of human hands - meaning that no two are ever quite the same. Only 200 Henry of Skalitz marionettes will ever be made, and each one is created to order for its future owner.
So when we were invited to Malešov, we naturally brought a few of these special Henrys along. And one of them decided he would very much like to show you around.

“Prague is nice and all,” Henry might have told us, “but this place feels strangely familiar.”
The historic grounds of Malešov were transformed into a living, breathing corner of medieval Bohemia. Medieval tents and banners filled the area, historical costumes were everywhere you looked, and little details and references to the world of Kingdom Come: Deliverance made the whole place feel as though the game had stepped right out of the screen. There was medieval music playing throughout the day, historical crafts and demonstrations, food and drink to match the setting, and plenty of people who had clearly put a lot of love into their costumes and characters.
So many passionate, creative people had come together to celebrate a game they clearly love — from dedicated cosplayers and history enthusiasts to artists, craftsmen, collectors and players simply happy to meet other people who share their enthusiasm.

Our little corner of the festival was dedicated to what we love most: puppets, craftsmanship and meeting the people who are curious about what happens behind the scenes. We had our own small stand, where visitors could see our work, browse some of our creations and, of course, meet Henry himself. And Henry wasn’t just there to stand around looking handsome. Visitors could actually take control of our Henry marionette, discovering how a traditional string-controlled puppet moves and getting a little taste of what it feels like to bring a character to life with your own hands.
We also brought along some smaller, exclusive items made especially for fans — including our own hand-drawn paper puppets, art prints and stickers. But perhaps the most interesting part of our stand was the creative aspect of it. Instead of only showing finished puppets, we wanted visitors to see what goes into making one. Throughout the day, our artists were working right there at the table, giving visitors a glimpse into the process of creating Henry.
One of our artists was busy painting Henry’s heads and faces, while another was working on the patination of his armour pieces. It was a little bit of our Prague workshop transported straight into the middle of the festival. And we loved being able to chat, answer questions and show people that behind every finished marionette is a long process of careful, human craftsmanship.

Of course, you can make a beautiful festival, but it’s the people who make it memorable. And Malešov had no shortage of them. Everywhere Henry looked, there was something happening. Knights and peasants wandered through the grounds. Musicians filled the air with old songs. Craftspeople demonstrated their skills. Fans proudly showed off costumes they had spent hours creating.
There was something wonderfully strange about seeing a character from a video game represented by a real person… while standing next to a marionette version of that same character. For a puppet inspired by a game so deeply rooted in medieval Bohemia, it felt like the perfect place to be.
People had travelled to Malešov because they loved the world of the game — but once everyone arrived, it became something much bigger: a celebration of history, storytelling, craftsmanship, music, costumes, games and the people who make all of those things come alive.
Henry had a very good day. So did we.

After spending a day meeting his fans, exploring Malešov and watching our artists work on his own face and armour, Henry eventually had to return to Prague. But his adventure doesn't have to end there.
Our Henry of Skalitz marionette is an official, limited collaboration with Warhorse Studios, created for collectors and fans of Kingdom Come: Deliverance II. Every puppet is individually handcrafted in our Prague atelier, with the face, painting, costume, details and finishing carefully completed by our artists. And there will only ever be 200 of them. If you’d like to give Henry a permanent place in your own collection, you can order your own handmade Henry of Skalitz and have a little piece of medieval Bohemia - and our workshop - come home with you.

To everyone who stopped by our table in Malešov: thank you.
Thank you for talking with us, playing with Henry, asking questions, admiring the work of our artists, buying our little creations and, most importantly, sharing your enthusiasm with us. We had an absolutely wonderful time.
See you at the next adventure!
