TERMS OF SALE
We are confident that you will be pleasantly surprised and 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will make every effort possible to insure that you are happy with your purchase and stand fully behind the wonderful work of the Czech Republic. PRODUCT ORDERS
All marionettes listed on this site are presently available for purchase, unless otherwise noted. Please inquire about the availability of Antiques and Originals. In the event a product is not in stock we will respond to your order immediately informing you of how long it will take to commission the marionettes in question. Please understand that these are original, hand-made works of art and it may take anywhere from 48 hours to 3 weeks to commission your piece. Orders are usually shipped within a couple of days after your payment has been processed. Please allow 1-2 weeks to process larger wholesale orders. Prices and availability of the products and services listed on this site are subject to change. Notification is sent once your marionette is safely in the mail. If you need further information drop us a line and we will give you detailed shipping information, including tracking number, date shipped, etc.
PAYMENT
MyMarionettes accepts payments in Euros. All orders are prepaid by credit card either through our secure website or via phone. We also accept money orders or bank transfers. Please email us for details. We apologize but we DO NOT offer C.O.D. as a payment option. All shipments are sent by MyMarionettes from Prague, Czech Republic. Unless otherwise specified, all shipments are shipped via the Czech Post. The sizes and description are accurate to the best of our ability. Since the shipping charges are paid by the customer, your choice carrier will be used if advised at time of order.
SHIPPING
The shipping charges for an item are based on boxed weight. Combining purchases is a good way of saving money. The quickest and easiest way to determine the cost of shipping is to checkout using our shopping cart, which automatically calculates exact shipping rates to over 80 destinations worldwide. When checking out you will notice two shipping options - Priority and Economy. We strongly recommend Priority for all retail shipments. However, for larger wholesale orders Economy is the better option.
Priority:
7-10 days airmail to the USA
5-10 days airmail within Europe
10-14 days airmail to Asia/Australia
Economy:
4-6 weeks air/ground mail to most countries
MyMarionettes ships internationally and will send packages anywhere regardless of how close or how far. All marionettes are shipped directly to your door. Satisfaction guaranteed.
We do not charge extra for packaging and handling.
INSURANCE
MyMarionettes offers insurance on all its orders for 5% of the price of your order (before tax and shipping costs). The insurance cost covers the replacement or repair of any damaged items. Please note that you will still be responsible for shipping costs. If you choose not to pay the 5% insurance fee, MyMarionettes will not be responsible for any items that arrive damaged. All items are securely packaged and leave us in perfect condition but are still susceptible to damage during transit.
RETURN POLICY
We are extremely confident that you will be pleasantly surprised with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact MyMarionettes via email at info(at)mymarionettes.com (no later than 7 calendar days from the date you received the item) to make a return request. Please include your reason for making the request. If your return request is accepted by MyMarionettes, the following applies:
1. The customer will be responsible for the return of the item in the same condition that it was sent (our address is listed below in Contact Information).
2. The customer will pay return shipping costs (any items arriving with postage due will not be accepted).
3. The customer will return any items accepted for return within 30 days from the date of the complaint.
4. Upon receipt of the returned items in their original condition, MyMarionettes will credit the customer’s account for future purchases.
All refunds will be issued as in-house credit only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGED POLICY
If an item is received damaged we will of course take every necessary step available to insure your satisfaction. If you have purchased insurance on your item and the item arrives damaged, please contact us via email at info(at)mymarionettes.com (no later than 7 calendar days from the date you received the item) to make a return request. Please include with your email a photo of the damage. If your return request is accepted by MyMarionettes, the following applies:
1. The customer is responsible for the return of the item (our address is listed below in Contact Information).
2. The customer will pay return shipping costs (any items arriving with postage due will not be accepted).
3. The customer will return any items accepted for return within 30 days from the date of the complaint.
4. MyMarionettes will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to the customer.
5. The customer will pay reshipping costs prior to the repaired/new item being shipped to the customer. MyMarionettes will automatically send you a PayPal invoice for the new shipping costs. If you wish to pay by phone or bank transfer, please contact us.
WHOLESALE
Please note that MyMarionettes sells its items at wholesale prices to businesses only. All items are meant for resale. You must have a valid Tax ID Number to make wholesale orders. We accept a minimum of 30 items per wholesale order. If you are a first-time buyer and unable to fill the 30 item requirement, please contact us. We will gladly offer you a decreased minimum.
EVENT PLANNERS/PROMOTERS
Need something special for your event or company? We can supply custom designs or modify one of our existing products to meet your special needs. We will work with you and our artists every step to insure that your order meets or exceeds your expectations. Minimum order quantities do apply and a design fee may apply. Call or email us for details and make your next event a special one!
SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders are welcome with quantity discounts but do require specific minimums to be met and a 50% non-refundable deposit. Custom orders also require a 50% deposit with the balance due prior to shipment. Please call or email for specific details.
RESTRICTIONS
All orders of products or services are subject to prevailing law, including, as appropriate, export and import regulations and boycotting restrictions, if any, imposed by governing bodies having jurisdiction over such orders, products or services.
SHIPMENTS TO AUSTRALIA
Please note that due to Australia’s strict import guidelines, MyMarionettes will not be held responsible for any delays or additional expenses incurred as a result of the shipment being held at Australian Customs Service or Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS), including fumigation expenses and any documents that Customs or AQIS may require in order to release the item. If your item has been shipped to Australia and you have not received it within the estimated time of delivery, you may first want to contact us at info(at)mymarionettes.com to confirm the date and address to which your item was sent. Otherwise, you will have to deal directly with either Customs or AQIS. For more information please visit www.customs.gov.au or www.aqis.gov.au.
