What are the shipping charges for an item?

The shipping charges for an item are based on weight. Combining purchases is a good way of saving money. The quickest and easiest way to determine the cost of shipping is to check out using our shopping cart, which automatically calculates exact shipping rates to over 80 destinations worldwide. When checking out you will notice two shipping options - Express and Economy. We strongly recommend Express for all retail shipments. However, for larger wholesale orders Economy is the better option.

Express – 7-10 day airmail
Economy: 4-8 week air/ground mail.

RETAIL:: When checking out, shipping will be automatically added to your retail order based on a products boxed weight. Again, you will have two options.

NO. We do not charge extra for packaging and handling.

  How long does delivery usually take?

We normally dispatch orders within 5 working days for stock items and items advertised on the web pages are usually in stock. 90% of orders are dispatched within 48 hours. If we have a temporary shortage, we will contact you to advise the anticipated delay period. Please allow 1-2 weeks to process larger wholesale orders.

  How do I know if an item has been shipped?

Orders usually are shipped a couple of days (24-48 hours) after your payment has been processed. Please allow 1-2 weeks to process larger orders. Notification is sent once your marionette is safely in the mail.
