PRODUCT ORDERS

All marionettes listed on this site are presently available for purchase, unless otherwise noted. Please inquire about the availability of Antiques and Originals. All Czechmarionettes are available, however, in the event a product is not in stock we will respond to your order immediately informing you of how long it will take to commission the marionettes in question. Please understand that these are original, hand-made works of art and it may take anywhere from 48 hours to 3 weeks to commission your piece. Most of the time orders are processed immediately and only larger orders and exceptions take longer. Prices and availability of the products and services listed on this site are subject to change. However, should this be the case we will of course notify you immediately and will preserve the pricing from any previous transactions with you, be it wholesale or retail.

Payment

Czechmarionettes s.r.o accepts payments in US Dollars and Euro’s. Please see a full list of credit cards and payment methods, which we accept on our homepage.

Restrictions

All orders of products or services are subject to prevailing law, including, as appropriate, export and import regulations and boycotting restrictions, if any, imposed by governing bodies having jurisdiction over such orders, products or services.

Fulfillment

All orders are fulfilled by Czechmarionettes s.r.o, and shipped from Prague, Czech Republic.

Return Policy

We are extremely confident that you will be pleasantly surprised with your purchase. If an agreement has been reached between Czechmarionettes and the purchaser to return an item, the following applies.

1. Customer is responsible for the return of the item in the same condition that it was sent.
2. Customer will pay return shipping.
3. Items will be returned in a timely manner.

Damaged Policy

If a marionette is received damaged we will of course take every necessary step available to insure your satisfaction. The Customer will send a photo of the damaged marionette.

1. If the marionette can be repaired all costs will be covered, or a replacement part will be sent.
2. If the marionette is beyond repair a new marionette will be sent to the Customer.
3. The Customer is responsible for the return of the damaged marionette.
