 What are the shipping charges for an item?
The shipping charges for an item are based on weight. Combining purchases is a good way of saving money. The quickest and easiest way to determine the cost of shipping is to check out using our shopping cart, which automatically calculates exact shipping rates to over 80 destinations worldwide. When checking out you will notice two shipping options - Express and Economy. We strongly recommend Express for all retail shipments. However, for larger wholesale orders Economy is the better option.

RETAIL:: When checking out, shipping will be automatically added to your retail order based on a products boxed weight. Again, you will have two options.
WHOLESALE:Shipping charges for all items are based on boxed weight. You will notice two shipping options – Express and Economy. For large orders we strongly recommend Economy. However, is some cases we are happy to send part of your order in advance with the bulk to follow economy. Please contact us with inquires regarding sending crates internationally. As you check out shipping prices are automatically calculated.
Czech Marionettes ships internationally and will send packages anywhere regardless of how close or how far. All marionettes are shipped directly to your door. Satisfaction guaranteed.
How do I know
if an item has been shipped?
Orders usually are shipped a couple of days after
your payment has been processed. If you wish to know
an exact shipment date drop us a line and we will
give you detailed shipping information, including
tracking #, date shipped, etc.
How do I place
an order on the site?
The best way to place an order is to visit our quick
catalog. After you have done this you will see all
of our marionettes in one view, you will locate the
item you wish to purchase and click the "Buy
Now" button. This will take you to a secure page
that shows the total in your shopping cart. If you
do not need to purchase anything else, simply click
the "Check Out" button. Now you will be
at a page to enter in the address of the person to
ship to and to enter in your billing information.
Click "Place Order" to continue to the receipt
page. If you reload or refresh the receipt page, the
information will be lost. Click "Continue to
Secure Order Form" to finalize your order on
the secure server. After you have finished entering
in your credit card information, click the "Process"
button, and you will have completed your order. You
will receive an email copy for your records.
Are there any
other ways to order from Czechmarionettes?
As of now, the most economical way of ordering is
directly from the CzM.Web Site. However, we do accept
checks and money orders, so please feel free to contact
us by email with your order. We also regularly host
a number of auctions on ebay.

Do I have to purchase
large lots or by the case?
No. We are very flexible regarding wholesale minimum
orders, especially for first time customers. Our minimum order is 30 pieces. However, wholesale
orders must be for multiple orders of a single marionette
or several orders for different single marionettes.
We reserve the right to refuse any wholesale order
that we deem to small, so if you have any questions
contact us first.
What are my payment
options?
All orders must be paid in full before items will
be shipped. You may pay by check, money order, Master
card or Visa. Credit/debit charge cards will be subject
to an additional processing fee.
Is there a minimum order?
Czechmarionettes wholesale prices are reserved for retailers and distributors only. We are flexible regarding the minimum order of 30 pieces. Please inquire about exceptions to this rule.
