Collection: Lenka Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde

This marionette represents a fantasy creature. It is part of the limited hand-carved collection of original marionettes created by the artist. A real work of art! The only word which is characteristic of this one is Ascetic. Notice the detailed carving of both faces. The figure is carved from linden wood, conserved with bees-wax and painted with transparent oil colors, in keeping with the character of the wood. The costume is made from soft leather. The marionette is controlled by a rocker, which gives it the mobility necessary for a professional theatre level.
